About To Do: Now

To Do: Now helps you plan your day by showing tasks and calendar events together in one timeline. You can organize tasks by groups, manage recurring tasks, and review completed tasks.

Calendar Access

Calendar access is optional. If enabled, To Do: Now shows calendar events alongside your tasks in Timeline. Your calendar data is used only to display events inside the app.

Why are my calendar events not visible?

Make sure calendar access is enabled in iOS Settings and that “Show Calendar Events” is enabled inside the app settings.

Can I use the app without calendar access?

Yes. Calendar access is optional. You can still create and manage tasks without connecting your calendar.

How do I manage recurring tasks?

Open the Recurring Tasks screen to view and manage tasks that repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or on another schedule.

How do I delete or complete a task?

Open the task in the app and use the available task actions. Completed tasks can be reviewed in the Completed Tasks screen.
