You may create tasks, task groups, recurring tasks, completed tasks, and related information inside the app. This information is used to provide the app’s core functionality.

Task data is stored on your device. We do not sell your task data and we do not use your task content for advertising.

Calendar Access

To Do: Now may ask for access to your calendar so it can show calendar events alongside your tasks in Timeline. Calendar access is optional.

Calendar event data is used only to display your events inside the app. We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your calendar event titles, locations, notes, attendees, or calendar details.

You can revoke calendar access at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

To improve the app, To Do: Now may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may collect technical and usage information such as:

• app version and device model;
• iOS version;
• basic app usage events, such as whether a feature was opened or a setting was changed;
• crash logs and diagnostic information.

We do not log task titles, task notes, calendar event titles, calendar event locations, or other personal content to analytics.

Data Sharing

We may use trusted service providers, such as Google Firebase, to process analytics and crash reporting data. These providers process data only to help operate, analyze, and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

Task data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash reporting data may be retained by third-party service providers according to their own retention policies.

Your Choices

• You can use the app without granting calendar access.
• You can revoke calendar access in iOS Settings.
• You can delete your tasks and groups inside the app.
• You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

Children’s Privacy

To Do: Now is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
